IGH storage center denied over land use concerns

Ads show new mobile home neighborhood at former Lowry Grove site

Less than two years after the residents of the Lowry Grove mobile home park were forced out to make way for apartments, the site is now being advertised as a new mobile home park.

Winter’s last gasp blew into the Twin Cities April 10-12. The blizzard made the April 11 morning commute a tricky one, as evidenced by a van that slid off the ramp from Snelling Avenue to eastbound Highway 36 in Roseville.
