Appeals court sides with developer in Lowry Grove ownership battle


The verdict is in from the Minnesota Court of Appeals regarding the contested sale of the Lowry Grove property to The Village, LLC. The court ruled in favor of The Village and the manufactured housing community in St. Anthony Village is set to close June 30.

Residents of the Lowry Grove manufactured housing community in St. Anthony Village are fighting a legal battle to protect their homes from demolition and the land they live on from redevelopment.

Ramsey County to pay respects to fallen officers


Roseville Police Lt. Lorne Rosand and officer Tom Pitzel presented a wreath May 12, 2016, at the Suburban Ramsey County Law Enforcement Memorial Ceremony in Maplewood.

Woman charged in crash that killed two teens in Arden Hills


Flowers gathered on a guardrail beside the scene of the Dec. 1 car accident in Arden Hills that killed two Mounds View High School students. A Maple Grove woman has been charged with two counts of criminal vehicular homicide in relation to the crash.

Roseville Review/Bulletin people - week of May 7, 2017


Parkview Center School students Audrey Faricy, Sruthi Subramanian and Sebastian Helgeson won first place at the State History Day competition in the Group Documentary category for their film, “Planting Seeds to End World Hunger: Norman Borlaug’s Fight Against Famine.” They’re qualified to compete in June at the National History Day competition near Washington, D.C.

On April 29, six eighth-grade students from Parkview Center School competed in the State History Day competition held at the University of Minnesota.
