NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that,

on March 25, 2019, Ordinance No.

2019-003 was adopted by the City

Council of the City of Arden Hills,

Minnesota.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN

that, because of the lengthy nature

of Ordinance No. 2019-003, the

following summary of the ordinance

has been prepared for publication.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN

that the ordinance adopted by the

City Council amends Arden Hills

City Code Chapter 3, License and

Regulations, Section 350, Tobacco

Products by raising the minimum

age of licensees from 18 to 21 years

of age; raising the minimum age of

individuals to whom licensed products

may be sold or for whom licensed

products may be procured from 18

to 21 years of age; prohibiting the

sale of flavored products; repealing

crimes of possession and use of

tobacco products; and increasing the

fine for first and second violations of

the prohibition on sales to underage

persons.

A printed copy of the whole

ordinance is available for inspection

by any person during the City’s

regular office hours or on the City’s

website.

PUBLIC NOTICE

The City Council of the City of

Lauderdale has adopted Ordinance

No. 19-02, amending Section 7-8

and adding a new Section 7-9 to the

Code of Ordinances regarding Small

Wireless Facilities. The purpose of

the ordinance is to establish specific

requirements for obtaining a Small

Wireless Facility Permit for the

installation, mounting, modification,

operation, and replacement of Small

Wireless Facilities and installation

or replacement of Wireless Support

Structures by commercial Wireless

Providers on public and private

property, including in the Public Rightof-

Way. The ordinance establishes

the process by which standards for

the design, installation, mounting,

maintenance, modification,

operation, or replacement of Small

Wireless Facilities are established,

reviewed, permitted, and denied. The

ordinance also sets forth insurance

and indemnification requirements

of permittees along with permit fees

and costs. The full text of Ordinance

No. 19-02 is available for inspection

at Lauderdale City Hall during regular

business hours.

The Open Book meeting for the

City of St. Anthony Village will meet

on April 15, 2019, at 5:00 p.m. at

City Hall, 3301 Silver Lake Road.

The purpose of this meeting is to
