The purpose of this ordinance is

to amend the City Municipal Code

– 2601 Control and Management

On February 11, 2019, the City

Council adopted Ordinance 954 that

amends Title 800, Chapters 801 and

802 of the Mounds View City Code.

The purpose of the amendment was

to modify certain city regulations

related to motor vehicles and traffic,

remove outdated code language and

unnecessary references, and update

the code to conform to current

practices.

HEARING

ST. ALBANS COURT

WATER MAIN EXTENSION

PROJECT 19-04

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN

that the City Council of the City of

Shoreview, Minnesota, will meet

at the Shoreview City Hall Council

Chambers, 4600 Victoria Street

North, Ramsey County, Minnesota,

at 7:00 p.m., Local Time on Monday

March 4, 2019, to consider the

making of an improvement by

installing water main, reconstructing

the street, and other necessary

appurtenances in that area lying

and being in the City of Shoreview,

Ramsey County, Minnesota,

pursuant to Minnesota Statutes,

Sections 429.011 to 429.111. There

are assessments proposed for

the improvements. The properties

included in the project area are all of

the property in the City fronting,

abutting or have primary access

from a portion of streets described

as follows to wit:

St. Albans Court from Bucher

Avenue to Cul-de-sac

The estimated cost to reconstruct

the street and install water main in

the above mentioned streets is Two

Hundred Forty Thousand Dollars

($240,000).

A reasonable impact of the

assessment will be available at the

hearing. Such persons as desire

to be heard with reference to the

proposed improvement will be heard

at this meeting.
