adoption of an Ordinance to enact

a new Chapter 98 of the Code of

Ordinances relating to small wireless

facilities, establishing general

standards, a permitting process,

general permitting conditions, and

other requirements. The purpose

of this Ordinance is to establish

specific requirements for obtaining a

small wireless facility permit for the

installation, mounting, modification,

operation, and replacement of small

wireless facilities and installation

or replacement of wireless support

structures by commercial wireless

providers on public and private

property, including in the public rightof-

way. Amendments to Chapter

96 Right of Way Management and

Chapter 33 License and Permit Fees

will also be considered.

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF

SHOREVIEW ORDAINS:

Section 1. Pursuant to Minnesota

Law, and the Shoreview City Code,

and upon review and analysis of City

Enterprise Funds, a fee schedule for

the operation and maintenance costs

associated with the augmentation of

Snail Lake is hereby adopted.

2019 Snail Lake Augmentation

Fee Schedule

(a) The fees for the operation and

maintenance costs associated with

the augmentation of Snail Lake be

set by the Shoreview City Council

(b) The Snail Lake Improvement

District Board has reviewed the

current Augmentation Fee Schedule

and is recommending that the

2019 Snail Lake Augmentation

Fee Schedule, hereto attached

as Amendment 1 to Exhibit A, be

adopted.

(c) Upon consideration and review

of the Shoreview City Council, the

as presented. The motion carries

6-0.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES

A motion was made by Laura

Oksnevad and seconded by Barry

Kinsey to approve the Minutes

from the February 5, 2019 Regular

Board Meeting, as presented. The

motion carries 6-0.

CONSENT AGENDA

A motion was made by Andrea

Scamehorn and seconded by

Laura Oksnevad to approve

the February 19, 2019 Consent

Agenda, as presented. The motion

carries 6-0.

DISCUSSION

1. SAVHS Band Trip

St. Anthony Village High School’s

Band Director Andy Erickson

presented a trip proposal for the

2019-2020 school year. The band

plans to travel to Spain.

2. Strategic Directions

Superintendent Dr. Renee

Corneilleand the School Board

are working on developing district

strategic directions.

3. 2019 – 2020 Budget

Assumptions

Controller Phan Tu presented a

first look at the 2019 -2020 budget

assumptions.

4. Wilshire Park Construction

Budget Update

The additional construction needs

at Wilshire Park and Village Kids

were discussed. The School Board

agreed to start the bidding process

for the projects outlined within the

existing construction budget.

5. SAMS Principal Search Plan

Director of Communications Wendy

Webster and Wilshire Park Principal

Kari Page presented the principal

search process for St. Anthony

Middle School.

6. Policy 200 Series

The Board continued their discussion

on the Policy 200 series.

REPORTS

Superintendent Dr. Renee Corneille

reported on the addition of two make

up days to the school calendar due to

winter weather closures.

School Board Member reports were

cut short as news came in that most

of the surrounding Districts had

cancelled school for the following

day.
