amended as follows:

Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes

Section 412.191, in the case of a

lengthy ordinance, a summary may

be published. While a copy of the

entire ordinance is available without

cost at the office of the City Clerk,

the following summary is approved

by the City Council and shall be

published in lieu of publishing the

entire ordinance:

The purpose of this ordinance is to

amend the City Municipal Code –

Chapter 1501, Filling, Grading and

Excavating Operations, with updated

language and deletion of specific

permit fees.

Section 2

Effective Date: This ordinance shall

be effective immediately upon its

passage and publication.

TITLE 900 OF THE

MOUNDS VIEW CITY

On March 11, 2019, the City Council

adopted Ordinance 955 that amends

Title 900, Chapters 906 and 909 of

the Mounds View City Code. The

purpose of the amendment was

to modify certain city regulations

related to public ways and property,

including parks and the municipal

water system, remove outdated

and unnecessary code language,

and update the code to conform to

current practices

A printed copy of the ordinance
