Two East Side teens are among 40 high school athletes in the Twin Cities to win St. Paul Area Athena Awards this year.
Now in its 16th year, the awards honor female athletes for their dedication and skill in sports. The awards committee is made up of city and suburban school representatives, parents of previous winners, and business volunteers.
