Carnival games, along with artwork and displays, filled the hallways and gym at Prosperity Heights May 21.
Prosperity Heights Elementary School at 1305 Prosperity Avenue is among the buildings to be shuttered in the wake of the St. Paul Public School District's decision to fold some school programs into others and allow some buildings to lay fallow for 1-3 years.
